Terms and Conditions for using the Taste of Lebanon website to place a pickup order
1. Ordering and Payment:
- Order Placement: You can place online orders for pickup through our website. If you prefer to have your order delivered, please place your order through one of the third-party delivery services that deliver Taste of Lebanon products. We cannot deliver orders placed through the Taste of Lebanon website.
- Order Confirmation: Upon successful order placement, you will receive an order confirmation email or notification containing your order details and pickup time.
- Payment: Payment is processed online at the time of order placement. We accept [debit and major credit cards].
- Pricing: All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
- Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to your order total at checkout.
- Modifications or cancellations may be possible within a limited timeframe after placing your order. Please contact us immediately at 672-204-0942 to inquire.
- We reserve the right to refuse modifications or cancellations if the order is already in preparation.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed in accordance with our refund policy (see Section 4).
2. Pickup:
- Pickup Time: Please arrive at the designated pickup time provided in your order confirmation.
- Pickup Location: Orders can be picked up at 2070 Phillips Rd, Sooke, BC, V9Z 0Y3
- Order Verification: Please present your order confirmation (digital) and/or a valid form of identification to the Taste of Lebanon member.
- Late Pickup: We will make reasonable efforts to keep your order warm and ready for pickup within a reasonable timeframe. However, we cannot guarantee the quality of your order if it is picked up significantly later than the designated time.
- Unclaimed Orders: Orders not picked up within 60 minutes of the designated pickup time may be discarded without refund.
3. Food Quality and Allergies:
- Food Preparation: We take pride in preparing fresh and high-quality food.
- Allergies: Our menu includes the ingredients of each item. Please read the ingredients of the time before ordering it. Some items such as Kunafa includes different types of nuts.
- Food Consumption: Food should be consumed promptly after pickup. We are not responsible for food spoilage or illness resulting from improper storage or handling after pickup. We follow Food Safe rules.
4. Refunds and Disputes:
- Refund Policy: Refunds may be issued for incorrect orders, missing items, or food quality issues reported within [30 minutes] of pickup.

- Disputes: Any disputes regarding your order or these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to the laws of the province of BC, Canada.
5. Limitation of Liability:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our online ordering system or the consumption of our food.
- Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
